Whey to make your hair strong and shining
August 31, 2007 on 1:32 pm | In regrow hair |Faced the problem of hair loss? Bald patches and thinning hair? Seborrhea and hair fragility? Hair was and will be one of the main thing that makes men and women attractive. And when it comes to all these terrible things it is very easy to get into despair (especially for women).
But you shouldn’t lose hope as there is a large number of natural hair loss treatments. This time I’ll write about whey, or buttermilk.
Whey is an excellent natural product to regrow your lost hair and make it strong and shining. Whey or milk plasma is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It is a by-product of the manufacture of cheese or casein. It has been known for a long time, that external use of whey stimulates exchange processes in roots of hair and hair follicles. In ancient times Muslim women washed their hair with whey, and it helped them to keep force, shine and beauty of their hair.
Nowadays the whey protein is often sold as a nutritional supplement. Such supplements are especially popular in the sport of bodybuilding. Liquid whey contains lactose, vitamins, and minerals along with traces of fat. Whey is very effective in preventing of hair loss, strengthening of hair and making it grow faster and healthier. Why shouldn’t we take the advantage of it?
You can simply wash your hair this natural dairy product and rinse it with decoction afterwards. Also you can make nutritious masks on the basis of whey. For example, you can add a yolk, a little honey and cognac in warm whey and mix it. Then put it on the clean scalp and wrap it up with a towel. Keep it for 20-30 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

Hey I recently read in a book about using natural butter on your head and massaging your scalp, so I bumpep in to a product called Africah shea butter” it is supposedly a 100 percent natural and it is used for skin and can be used on the calp for dry scalp and making hair more shiny and lusterous, i read that it helps stimulate hair growth and doesn’t clog pores or hair shaft. I red in tibertian health book how natural unsalted butter when put on the scalp and some massaging helps hair growth. has anyone heard of this?

Thank you for your comment and a nice piece of information about another natural hair loss product.
Yes, really African shea butter have a great moisturizing effect for the skin and scalp. It absorbs rapidly and easily into the head-skin and maintain moisture in dry and brittle hair. It also revitalizes weak hair, repair damaged hair and prevent it from breakage.
So, you see this natural hair loss treatment helps to improve hair that you already have on your head and make it look better. As for hair regrowing effect, African shea butter is the subject for further investigations and observations, I believe.
It would be nice if you share your knowledge and throw more light about shea butter as a natural hair loss treatment.

The advice given in this article is reliable and I think I am going to try this. This should provide some proteins to the scalp. I will have to place a link from my? website to get more people to learn this natural method.

I believe this method to be helpful but at the same time I would suggest seeking out a good supplement combination that encourages hair growth internally.
