  • Do not eat anything two hours before sleep (an exception – some warm milk or caffeine-free tee (a herbal one), better with honey, if you really feel hungry and uncomfortable).
  • Go for a walk in the fresh air for at least 15-20 minutes before the bedtime. Slight jogging is also welcome.
  • Pay attention to the conditions of your sleep: your room should be cool, the bed should be comfortable, but not too soft. So, make necessary changes if needed.

If you stick to these simple rules, it will surely lead to some improvements of your health in general, and, of course, your hair condition as well. What’s really amazing about it is that you will be able to notice some positive results already after a week or so. Just do it!
